Data Sheet
Model: Teflon PC
Material: Teflon laminate material
What is Teflon circuit boards
Teflon circuit boards are circuit boards that employ PTFE as base material. This is a synthetic fluoropolymer known for its excellent non-stick properties, thermal stability, and its chemical resistance. The low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor of PTFE will make it ideal to maintain signal integrity and minimize losses in high-frequency circuits and widely employed in the electronic industry.
Key Properties of Teflon PCB Boards
Low Dielectric Constant (Dk): The dielectric constant of the Teflon circuit board ranges from 2.1 °C to 2.3 °C. This enables high-speed signal transmission with minimal loss.
Applications
Telecommunications:Teflon circuit boards are best for High-Frequency RF and Microwave Circuits used in the telecom field.
Medical Devices:Teflon PCBs are used in diagnostic and imaging equipment like MRI and CT scanners. These devices need PCBs that produce high output to process high-frequency signals accurately.
Advantages of Teflon Printed Circuit Boards
Excellent Electrical Performance: The electrical performance of the Teflon PCB board is outstanding, which makes it suitable for high-frequency and high-speed applications. The low dielectric constant and dissipation factor of the Teflon circuit board will ensure minimal signal loss and distortion, also by maintaining signal integrity.

Managing kitting and packaging in-house can be time-consuming, costly, and error-prone.
Maybe an off-the-shelf cable can't meet your needs.
Twisting entwines multiple wires and arranges them tightly next to each other. Depending on the AWG size, we can group up to fifty conductors.
Shielding refers to the metallic layer surrounding a cable’s conductor, created to limit signal interference between the wire and external fields.
PCB manufacturing is the process of building a physical PCB from a PCB design according to a certain set of specifications.
The following design standards refer to the IPC-SM-782A standard and the design of some famous Japanese design manufacturers and some better design solutions accumulated in the manufacturing experience.
Via holes, also known as through holes, play a role in connecting different parts of a circuit board.
